Stephanie Redmond, NASM-CPT, NASM-CES, NASM-CNC, Certified Professional Life Coach

As a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES), Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC), and Certified Professional Life Coach, I offer coaching services primarily online (with occasional in-person sessions). My mission is to empower you in your fitness, wellness, and personal development journey by providing guidance that is supportive, evidence-based, and tailored to general health and mindset goals. In order to set clear expectations and keep our work safe and effective, please note the following:

Scope of Services:

My services include personalized workout programming, corrective exercise guidance, general nutrition and wellness education, and life coaching strategies for generally healthy adults. I focus on improving overall fitness habits, strength, flexibility, mindset, and nutritional wellness through education, structure, and encouragement. These services are consultative and coaching-based – I provide information, behavioral tools, and strategies to help you create lasting, positive lifestyle changes.

Not Medical Advice or Treatment:

I am not a medical doctor, nurse, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. This means I do not diagnose health conditions, prescribe medications or diets, or treat injuries, illnesses, or mental health disorders. The guidance I provide – whether it’s a workout program, nutrition suggestion, or mindset coaching technique – is intended for informational, educational, and motivational purposes only. It is not individualized medical or psychological advice. You should always consult a licensed healthcare professional for specific questions about your health, diagnoses, or treatments. In short: nothing I communicate is meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

General & Evidence-Based Guidance:

The fitness, nutrition, and wellness tips I share are intended for the general population and are based on up-to-date research and best practices in exercise science, nutrition, and behavior change. I draw from credible sources and industry-standard methods through my NASM certifications and life coaching training. However, everyone is unique – what works for most people may need to be adjusted for you. I’ll always offer broadly applicable guidance and help you modify it to fit your needs within my scope. Any suggestions I provide should be seen as general coaching recommendations, not clinical prescriptions.

Client-Centered, Empowering Approach:

My coaching style is friendly, supportive, and client-centered. I respect your autonomy and unique journey. Whether we’re working on fitness goals, nutrition habits, or confidence-building, I will tailor our sessions to your values and preferences while staying aligned with my qualifications (NASM-CPT, NASM-CES, NASM-CNC, and Certified Professional Life Coach). If something arises outside my scope – such as a clinical injury, disordered eating, or medical concern – I’ll let you know and recommend you connect with a licensed professional who can better serve that need. Your safety, mental wellness, and results are my top priority.

Encouragement to Seek Professional Care:

I strongly encourage you to consult with your physician (or other licensed healthcare provider) before starting any new workout program, major nutritional change, or personal development initiative – especially if you have any pre-existing medical or psychological conditions, are pregnant, or have specific health concerns. If you ever feel faint, dizzy, experience pain, distress, or believe you have a medical emergency while following my programs, stop immediately and seek medical care. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something shared in my content or coaching. I’m happy to collaborate with your healthcare providers when appropriate.

Friendly Note:

My goal is to guide and inspire you to live a stronger, more aligned, and healthier life. This disclaimer isn’t meant to limit you – it’s here to help us work together responsibly and respectfully. I am committed to using my experience, credentials, and personal insight to support you in the most positive, professional way. When we each bring our strengths to the table – your effort and self-awareness, my knowledge and encouragement – we create a powerful partnership for growth.
